Over the past 15 years of working with customers that need waivers and documents signed, we’ve found that it always starts with the easiest problem, which is typically just getting a document signed.  After looking a bit harder at how the document signing needs to work, it quickly moves to looking for needing something more complex than getting a document signed.  Our customers find that they need to segregate how the participant or employee will access their links to sign their documents.  The customers realize that they need to manage seasonal differences and then start looking at their more complex requirements like Groups and Events.  We also know that over 80% of our customers sales occur online, so we have added online payment to all of our solutions and have integrated everything in our new ezCart system that was built to address the consistent requirement that we’ve heard.  That being, “How can we make sure that we stop a sale from being completed until at least one waiver is signed by the purchaser.”
